The Person Behind PSE
Damian Speer
Managing Director
Known in the trade as "Damo", Damian spent years working in perimeter security, learning the industry from the ground up through hands-on experience.
That hands-on experience across electronics, mechanics, and equipment gave him a genuine appreciation for what engineers and installers need day-to-day.
PSE grew out of a simple idea: that the aftermarket side of this industry deserved more dedicated attention. It's still a small, focused business — and that's exactly how we like it.

After years in the industry, Damo saw an opportunity: to create a business solely focused on aftermarket excellence. While manufacturers split attention across development, production, and sales - the aftermarket deserved a dedicated specialist.
